Aadhaar তথ্যের সঙ্গে নাম মিলছে না 👉 – The name/details in my application do not match my Aadhaar records. Kindly verify my Aadhaar details and update the application accordingly.”
জন্মতারিখ ভুল 👉 – My date of birth was entered incorrectly in the application. My correct date of birth is [DD/MM/YYYY]. Kindly verify the supporting document and correct the details.”
ব্যাংক Account Number ভুল 👉 – “My bank account number was entered incorrectly. My correct account number is [সঠিক নম্বরের শেষ 4 digit/প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য]. Kindly verify and update my bank details.”
IFSC ভুল 👉 – “The IFSC code provided in my application is incorrect. Kindly verify my bank details and update the correct IFSC code
ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টের নামের সঙ্গে অমিল 👉 – “My bank account is in my name, but the application details may not match the bank records. Kindly verify my bank account details and reconsider my application.”
মোবাইল নম্বর ভুল 👉 – The mobile number provided in my application is incorrect. Kindly update my correct registered mobile number after verification.”
ঠিকানা ভুল 👉 – My address was entered incorrectly in the application. Kindly verify my address from the supporting documents and correct the application details.
District/Block/Local Body ভুল নির্বাচন 👉 – The administrative/location details were selected incorrectly in my application. Kindly verify my correct address and update the application accordingly.”
ডকুমেন্টের তথ্যের সঙ্গে আবেদনপত্রের অমিল 👉 – There is a discrepancy between my application details and the submitted documents. Kindly verify my documents and correct the application details accordingly.”
তথ্য সঠিক, তবুও Incorrect দেখাচ্ছে 👉 – All the details provided by me are correct to the best of my knowledge. Kindly re-verify my application and supporting documents and reconsider the lication.”
2. “For Further Verification” থাকলে কী লিখবেন?
এখানে ভুল তথ্য দাবি না করে পুনরায় যাচাইয়ের অনুরোধ করাই ভালো:
“I request you to kindly re-verify my application and all submitted documents. The information provided by me is correct to the best of my knowledge. Kindly complete the verification and consider my application for approval if I am found eligible.”
আর যদি নির্দিষ্ট কোনো তথ্যের সমস্যা থাকে, সেটি যোগ করুন:
“I request you to kindly re-verify my application. There may be a discrepancy in [নাম/ব্যাংক তথ্য/Aadhaar details/etc.]. Kindly verify the supporting documents and update the correct details. I request you to reconsider my application if I am found eligible.”
3. “Rejected / Maybe Further Verification” হলে
যদি আপনি মনে করেন ভুলভাবে Ineligible/Rejected করা হয়েছে, তাহলে “Wrongly marked as ineligible/application rejected” অপশনটি প্রযোজ্য হলে Remarks-এ এভাবে লিখতে পারেন:
“I believe my application has been wrongly marked as ineligible/rejected. I request you to kindly re-verify my eligibility, application details and supporting documents. The information submitted by me is correct to the best of my knowledge. If I am found eligible as per the applicable criteria, kindly reconsider my application and approve my claim.”
আরও ছোট করে লিখতে চাইলে:
My application appears to have been wrongly marked as ineligible/rejected. Kindly re-verify my eligibility and submitted documents and reconsider my application for approval if I am found eligible.”
4. যদি ভুলটা ব্যাংক সংক্রান্ত হয়
“I request you to kindly re-verify my bank account details and supporting documents. The bank account belongs to me and the details provided are correct/corrected as applicable. Kindly reconsider my application after verification.”
5. যদি Aadhaar/নাম সংক্রান্ত হয়
“I request you to kindly verify my Aadhaar and application details. The discrepancy may have occurred due to incorrect/mismatched information. Kindly consider the verified correct details and reconsider my application.”
